Who We Are

A globally renowned staunch unorthodox champion of children’s rights, Irish woman Christina Noble established her Foundation in Vietnam 1989 and in Mongolia 1997. Christina herself was born into abject poverty, suffered endemic childhood abuse, was denied her basic human rights and knows first-hand what it is to be isolated and marginalised. This instilled in her a passion for children’s rights world-wide.

CNCF is now one of the most respected and longest serving holistic children’s foreign NGOs in Asia. Over the past 31 years CNCF has impacted the lives of well over one million children and their communities across Education, Healthcare, Community Development and Child Sponsorship Programmes.

The Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (CNCF) is dedicated to serving the physical, medical, educational and emotional needs of vulnerable children.

We believe that every child is an individual who deserves love, respect and freedom from all forms of abuse and exploitation.

We establish long-term relationships with the children we support and empower them to live happy, emotionally rich, and independent lives.
